Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of apy systems and the apy AI phone-answering and appointment-booking service. By using the service or booking a demo, you agree to these terms.
The service
apy answers business calls, shares information such as hours and prices, books appointments into a calendar, and sends a notice when a situation needs attention. It does not replace professional, medical, legal, or emergency services and must not be used for emergency calls.
Demos
Booking a demo does not create a commitment. The demo shows how the service works.
Plans and billing
- Monthly plans are based on included call minutes as shown on the pricing page.
- Minutes beyond the plan are charged at the posted overage rate, capped so the monthly plan plus overage does not exceed the next plan price.
- A one-time setup fee covers agent configuration and calendar connection.
- Fees are billed monthly, exclude applicable taxes, and plans continue until cancelled.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws, including required notices or consent for processing or recording calls.
Availability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, apy systems is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages or lost business, revenue, or bookings. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the month before the claim.
Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. We may suspend or terminate service if these terms are not followed or the law requires it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
